FAILURE ANALYSIS

When equipment has failed it is of great importance to establish whether the failure has occurred because of an incidental reason or because of a structural problem.

The investigation by specialists of COGO-Electric will pay attention to the incidental reasons:
-   overvoltages in the grid
-   externel damage
-   installation failures

as well as to the structural reason,
-    design defects
-    material problems
-    production problems

Therefore the investigation will consists not only of the inspection of the failed equipment but can also enclose the circumstances during the failure as well as material tests and the evaluation of the production.
